Fall is upon us and we are very excited to be offering two mini session dates this fall. A mini session is a short portrait session offered at a discounted price. With this year’s mini session you will get 10 digital negatives with your session. Sunday October 12th will be a park setting. Shawnee Mission Park. Its the perfect time to get photos done for your Christmas cards.

Sessions are first come first serve so make sure you grab a time slot. All details are below. Please email me at [email protected]

- $199+sales tax is due at the beginning of your session. Checks only please.

- One outfit, 20 minute sessions, one location

Allison {Blue Valley Senior} Kansas City

I used to work with Allison’s dad and really have enjoyed getting to know their family more. I got the privileged to shoot their older daughter’s senior pictures a couple years back. Now Allison is ready for her senior year and I loved everything she brought to the session. I loved how she incorporated the books and the guitar to really show off her personality. I had so much fun on this session, enjoy!

I think as a business owner and as an artist, it is so important to continue to grow and educate yourself. If you don’t stay on top of your game your business shows it. Personally I am always trying to push myself to be better. Innovating new ideas and new concepts keeps me going. Also I feel like my clients deserve that too. WHY book me if I’m not doing anything special or cool or different. A group of my photographer friends decided to hijack Sal and Taylor for a private 2 day workshop for us. The first day we spent shooting, which was great. We did some drills to help push us, plus seeing things in a different way. I can honestly say that it changed my way of shooting and how I think about my subjects and the frame and where I am standing. Second day was all business as we went over marketing, sales and business growth. Such a motivating workshop. Sal is great at showing you how you can obtain your goals and make things happen that you never thought were possible. Big thanks to Sal, Taylor and Alyssa! See you at Shutterfest in April.
